If your Survivor Filter is or becomes defective through no fault of your own, Survivor Filter provides a lifetime replacement warranty* against manufacturing defects. Please follow the steps below.

Survivor Filter products is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If there is any defect, please contact us for a free replacement of any defective product or component. Product must at all times only be used, cleaned and maintained in accordance with the Instruction Manual. Sole liability of Survivor Filter Inc. is to replace any defective product or component at no charge to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement for products which are returned prior to approval, which are damaged or inoperative due to reasons other than manufacturing defect, improper packaging, weather, improper cleaning or storage, and purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
